    It’s not about agreement it’s about what u are allowed to do and not do.. if ur in a public place you are and will get filmed if u put yourself out there.. like I noted I bet many cats didn’t mind filming women during freaknik..

    If your dreams involve u being a public persona and u actively court that then deal with the reactions to it... People in spot light do that all the time.. and even if seen u ask and most people will comply..

    Trust me, it’s annoying to have to print the company policy and show it to people. Really hated those days. People play the “says who” game and then want to act goofy when you tell them “the proprietor says so”.

    Many stores do for a variety of reasons.. but it’s up to the store to tell u not to do that or have clear signs... nowadays such rules are not enforced bc we see folks use self phones all the time.. ie I film my kids.. etc

    I thought most stores did prohibit filming on their premises. Because the employees and the patrons who may be featured did not sign up for that kinda mess.

    One can always film in public space..no law against that..paparazzi do it all the time and if you go after them you are likely to get sued and charged

    Private conversation.. u can video tape anyone u want.. for example as a journalist I can and do film whomever is in public space.. police tried and failed to stop that from happening ... now if Target forbid filming they could bc it’s private property

    Georgia Wiretapping Law. ... The law makes it a crime to use a device to "observe, photograph, or record the activities of another which occur in any private place and out of the public view" unless the person making the recording gets the consent of all the persons

    You are allowed to film whomever u want paparazzi do it all the time with full protection of the law... now if a Target said no filming then you have to comply bc it’s private property.. same way u can film@police, or someone acting crazy u can film dude...

    Bro it’s never acceptable to film someone without asking first. That’s such a violation of personal boundaries. Offset needs to go to Target like the rest of us do. He prolly needed some socks or a toothbrush or something. At least... AT LEAST... ask first.
