  I think she should look at the stats for the last 3 years collectively at Chicago, Detroit, and yes, Baltimore. She could include Luttle Rock, AR which by capita is a dangerous city in which to live. Add to these LA, CA and Portland, OR for civil unrest in addition to murder rate
