The 2nd Amendment 2 the U.S. Constitution reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep & bear Arms, SHALL NOT be infringed.." obviously.. many incoming house Dems must have missed THAT in "Constitution School"
