I'm thinking of all the ppl who knew Breonna Taylor before she became hashtag. The people who raised her, the people who held her, the people who laughed with her, the people who cried with her, the people who dreamed with her. They didn't deserve this. She didn't deserve this.

The loveliest shop in Brum, owned and run by these beautiful humans and , is selling £5 raffle tickets raising funds for Black Minds Matter. I'd like to keep it a secret as I want to win but it's for a great cause.

This. 👇🏿 The whole debate about racism and Black Lives Matter is getting hijacked and buried by temporarily boarded up statues and a reinstated episode of Fawlty Towers. Yet another distraction rears its head to move people away from the point. Funny how that always happens...

My son did a thing today. He and three other students from school were invited downtown to create art on the windows & doors of boarded up businesses. Shout out to his art teacher for giving him some creative space to breathe into today. “We Matter”

So much has changed so quickly. And if any of you are confused or scared or angry—or just plain overwhelmed—I just want you to know that you aren’t alone. I am feeling all that, too. And I have a few things I want to say about it.

“Black lives matter” has been broken down and explained in so many ways that even a child can understand it, so any grown adult saying “all lives matter” or calling BLM racist is looking for attention, or are racist themselves.
