Who can people with severe literacy difficulties go to? I'm trying to find out for someone who has asked for help but lives too far away from me to be able to help them myself.

Can you get those in need of help re
#UniversalCredit to visit the local#citizensadvice office.....could@bbcnews &@itvnews & other broadcasters offer this advice in the absence of information from the DWP & tory government.https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/about-us/how-citizens-advice-works/media/press-releases/citizens-advice-to-provide-support-to-universal-support-claimants/ … -
The particular person in question won't go to CAB for personal reasons, unfortunately. It's almost impossible to get a timely appointment with the CAB in my own town. I'm still awaiting a reply from a voicemail I left them a couple of months ago. The capacity isn't there.
