        @mplappert to be fair to Apple, Swift has nothing to do with their quality problems. ObjC and compiler infra was and continues to be stable

        @radexp It adds up to the pile of stuff Apple works on. And that pile is apparently becoming too tall.

        @mplappert compiler people work on compilers. I don’t think the Swift projects pulls engineers from other areas. So, not related IMHO.

        @radexp Integration into Xcode, Cocoa-Swift interoperability, App Store infrastructure, and so on. This does not happen in isolation.

        @mplappert fair enough. I think the impact of that is much smaller than something like Watch OS and all the changes in iOS 8/Yosemite, tho
