Thanks for reaching out. You can turn off the overlay accessibility by going to your device Settings > Accessibility > Switch Access, then turn it off on the next screen. After those steps, restart your device and see if it does the trick. Let us know if this helps!

My Mobile Youtube ui recently changed
It's now this layout and the overlay won't go away without tapping the tiny "x" button next to the fullscreen button.
tapping the screen and autoplaying a video brings up the overlay?
