    How committed was Jim Thome to nailing his Hall of Fame speech? A few weeks ago, he traveled to Cooperstown. The Hall set up a podium at the big, empty field that serves as the induction site, and Thome had a rehearsal. The great ones prepare! (And he nailed it.)
