Name one used by at least 25-50k users (and who has extensions, themes and such); I haven't heard of any.

if it works on IE10+, CHR, FF & Android 4+ it's generally ok. Extending the life of zombie browsers will not do any good for web.

. Also, testing in Opera Mini’s proxy mode might be worthwhile, as well. -
Safari couldn't fit in 140 chars :D and it rarely gives me any trouble. Opera Mini is mobile Internet Explorer 6
