The major missing piece right now is that we still don't have good techniques for making injected bugs *indistinguishable* from naturally occurring ones – so, as currently implemented, attackers could use that fact to ignore our non-exploitable time-wasters.

The plan right now is to go do that work, then come back to this. At that point we'll be in a position to do a proper evaluation of how effective the system is against real attackers.
