    We need your HELP to provide breakfast to homebound seniors. This program provides healthy food like fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal ,cheese, hard boiled eggs, coffee. campaign is an effort to raise $28Gs in 28 days so we can provide 4,600 breakfasts. .

    What a difference a yr can make! This we are looking back to last week where we safely celebrated Exe. Director Caitlin Sly on her 1yr anniversary. She jumped right in & has led our organization through a global pandemic when our services were needed more than ever.

    In 2020, we delivered a record # of meals to isolated seniors in Contra Costa County! Since the pandemic, we have seen a huge increase in demand for delivered meals. Each week we deliver about 6,000 meals to vulnerable homebound seniors in the community.

    Each year, over 9,000 seniors call MOW Diablo Region, looking for help. Since the pandemic we have seen an increase in the seniors we serve. We are more than just food delivery – we provide a social contact for seniors, & friendly faces they can rely on seeing regularly.
