And just to clarify again, we are taking the extra time to make sure that Spelunky 2 runs well on PC. That includes testing online multiplayer, but it's not the only thing we'll be busy with.
We're working hard to make sure the two release dates are as close as possible!

This is understandable but not gonna lie, it completely killed the hype for me. The idea was playing on day one as stuff is still being discovered. Now there will be lots of people playing weeks before I can.

Ah, sorry about that! A few things that might change your perspective, tho: 1⃣ reviewers will have access to the game before the 15th, 2⃣ I think there will be plenty left to discover by the Steam release, and 3⃣ PS4 players will be discovering things at different speeds, anyway.

Will Ps4 controllers work with the game? The original has some problems with it

Super hyped and hoping it comes out soon! Glad y'all are taking the time you need though. Would rather have a delayed game then a rushed game.
