Women in Azerbaijan have a vital role to play in building a strong and long lasting peace in the wider Caucasus region. Today I discussed with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister how we can bring more women to the table & 🇬🇧 support for a negotiated regional peace.
The people of El Salvador 🇸🇻 are best served by their government upholding democracy, the rule of law and constitutional order. The ruling by the Constitutional Court to allow an incumbent President to seek re-election is yet another action that runs counter to this.
The UK stands in solidarity with Poland - the migrant crisis engineered by the Lukashenko regime is the latest in a series of abhorrent attempts to undermine our European partners.
We have imposed successive sanctions and will continue to hold the regime to account.
