    Looking forwards to talking about some of the ethical challenges of AI in May at AI+. Indeed, my last visit to Norway was to discuss lethal autonomous weapons in Oslo alongside my friend and colleague

    Norway's transition to electrical cars is a result of political will and incentives. High sales taxes on petrol, high sales taxes on non-renewable cars, free pass through toll rings, free use of high-occupancy lanes, easier parking, free recharging, etc. Any country could do this

    Today, the board of directors at the University of Tromsø ( ) unanimously stripped Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov of his honorarily doctorate at the said university. Lavrov received the honour in 2011.
