A. They have chosen NOT to expand #Medicaid
States w/expansion see gains in coverage & access; AND, economic benefits.

Christianity"Stops" for the poor within the USA too so it shouldn't shock anyone that it stops at the border. There are many in the USA like me who have lost everything paying for sudden medical bills that are slowly dying painfully without healthcare & I live in the bible belt.
