depends on the sentence, but I'd say "Jump onto a wall.." or "jump onto the wall..."

You know what? Jumping off of a wall sounds better. If the jump occurs before contact with the wall “jump off”. Like a wall jump in a video game.pic.twitter.com/r8PkAinPxz
