Let people upload whatever they want. Just have a rating system similar to movies and games that roll before a video airs to determine if the indivial should air it.

There's like maybe 2000 movies produced a year total. There's been more YouTube videos than that uploaded between you tweeting this and me seeing it. There's no damn way YouTube could incorporate an MPAA like rating system for everything on their site.

But they kind of already do sort channels by category for advertisers. They could make it public but it would probably double the amount of complaints they get
