    How many more protesters must be shot, rockets must be fired, and little kids must be killed until the endless cycle of violence ends? The status quo of occupation and humanitarian crisis in Gaza is unsustainable. Only real justice can bring about security and lasting peace.

    Disgusting. Staten Island DA requests pretrial detention. Then offers a plea w/ 6 months on Rikers for theft of a *sandwich & juice. Jail will: A) Devastate him; B) Exacerbate his poverty; & C) Cost NY taxpayers ~$144,000. Think about how many hungry people that $$ could feed.

    BREAKING: the DA in Staten Island just asked a judge to set $5,000 bail on a man who took a sandwich and juice because he was hungry, and couldn’t afford to eat. The DA recommended the man serve 6 months in jail. They did this in the name of the “People of New York.”

    It’s so wild that we don’t trust law enforcement, but are surprised about the ‘country’s cheif law enforcement officer,’ i.e. the Attorney General, is backing his leadership, lying, covering crimes, refusing to be held accountable... It’s what law enforcement does. 🤷🏾‍♀️

    Chronology matters. On Friday, Israel gunned down 4 Palestinians peacefully protesting. Most people said nothing. Hardly any condemnations. When we only see outrage & coverage when Israelis r hurt or killed it sends a message that only one group matters. Life is sacred for all.

    No other DOJ official would be permitted to participate in a case with such a clear conflict. Even w/out a conflict, the obvious appearance of impropriety if Barr makes final decisions on the Mueller spin off cases means he must recuse, whether his boss likes it or not.

    The "official story" on Black people tells us we: ...are subhuman & worth 3/5ths of white people ...are the primary beneficiaries of public assistance ...use drugs at a higher rate than white people ...don't feel pain the same way ...have superhuman strength making us dangerous
