I agree with 98% of what you’re saying.. however I have one problem after watching the video, the cop threatened 3 times to use the stun gun.. my point , once the suspect is resisting use the stun gun , don’t threaten, had the cop done that , there would be no discussion!

In hindsight, I bet he would've. I'd be very reluctant to draw any weapon considering the ridiculous scrutiny all officers are facing right now. I agree that would've been the best outcome after seeing how things played out, but the officer didn't have the benefit that we do.
