So I used @hotelsdotcom to book my hotel yesterday to find out they cancel my reservations and took my money. Pls to all my followers DO NOT USE http://Hotels.com they are the worst! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Priceline has similar problems. The hotels will give your room away to guest that book directly with the hotel.
