My understanding is treason is military issue -not for Barr to deal with. That’s still to come after underlings are gone. And Barr was sharing only current info that he has. Lots of other info coming down the pike. Plus B wouldn’t tell us everything up front anyway. 
Barr would if saud he can’t talk about the investigation if Obama was under anything he says he wasn’t because he’s not.
