I had that happen once. They were helpful. It took hours to find phone number but once I did they helped me. Their advice, change your pw and add the extra levels of safety. I haven’t had problems since. Others were able to gain cc access with freebie code my kid entered to Az.

Be sure to comb your cc statements for problems. I had two with fraud charges and a new cc in the mail I never opened. All was resolved through all cards. It took awhile. Be vigilant and use the text code for all future log ins.

Had it happen to me, eventually the account was locked and I changed all my email passwords. After a couple weeks I went in and they put a password reset on it and I was good. It was really frustrating trying to get help ASAP tho. I was frustrated and just gave up.
