No way he was still on suicide watch, he attempted suicide in Mid July. At the most he was on watch for 10 days.

If he was off suicide watch, he was in a single cell to protect him from general pop. Those units are walked back and forth and watched 24/7. He couldn't kill himself if he wanted and are being watched heavily but oh yeah, "the camera" malfunctioned. I've been in the system
