    💯 After screwed Dems on redistricting in 2011, he blocked Democratic Senate majority in: - 2012 - 2014 - 2016 - 2018 (but failed when IDC unseated) - then tried to restore GOP majority in 2020

    People don't talk about Cuomo's role in maintaining GOP control of the state Senate so he could take credit for any brokering of progressive policy. I can't think of one Cuomo victory that wouldn't have gotten done w/o him had he let Dems control the Leg.
