    First, we braise some tasty pork belly, then we take a pillowy bao bun and smear on some dijon mayo. We then add the tender braised pork belly to the bun and top it with a fresh, crisp piece of lettuce to complete our Kakuni Bao! Tanoshi!

    Our Tsukeman Ramen has special instructions from for maximum enjoyment: -Dip noodles in soup, do not pour broth over them! -Broth is very strong & meant for dipping, not to be enjoyed by itself. -Squeeze lime halfway through onto noodles for a contrast of flavor.
