    Easy day. Exploring movement. Some samples... Highland fling shuffle hops. Rhythm, rhythm,rhythm. Hop when it feels right. Believe I stole this from Locomotive foot pops. Keep 👀 on a fixed point on wall, use ball of foot not toes to reflexively pop up.

    Multi-directional single leg hops for middle school group, just enough to get them comfortable on one leg and in all planes of motion. But not over-doing ground contacts like 500 squat jumps, plyos, and bounds. Less is more here.
