How about validating organizations? If an organization agrees to adhere to facts, they can be validated as news. If not, they are, as in the case of Alex Jones, entertainment. You could change the TOS and resolve the problem nicely.

The problem is, the obfuscation of the lines between journalists and "journalists" and between news and opinion is constant.
