      They have a rather stern legal regime. One I don't think Americans would welcome. (Sadly, IMO.) But ask @moldbugman for details.

      I agree that Singaporean Chinese are generally as squeaky clean as possible. Extremely incorrupt, or at least complex enough to remain hidden. If 401k means Mainland Chinese who have moved abroad I am in total agreement with him.
