I'm going to speak about my experience with Indians in Dubai and the engineering industry. A significant part of the problem is India is oversaturated with engineers, and with some of the institutes that are unaccredited they lack a lot of skills that are certified.

As the country is oversaturated with engineers, a lot of engineering firms do not have to worry with the amount of candidates and they all have high employment turnover rates.

As soon as one employee gets smart and asks for a raise, he is unaware that there are other monkeys in line with 0 work experience to take over their job and the company won't need to pay out more for their currently employee when they can hire for cheaper.

Due to the regional proximity and the influx of Indian expats that live in the United Arab Emirates or Dubai, these people have exported their designated shitting street . Indian business owners and entrepreneurs apply what they have learned home with employees here.

Minimum wage is drastically decreasing and discrimination is rampant as owners want Indian workers only. Yes the UAE has regulations but you are forced to sign an employment contract out of sheer desperation to survive and selling your land back home to come here.

Contracts are very likely in writing 8 hours 5 days with a higher salary. But in actuality you work 12 hours and overtime uncompensated, maybe 6 days and your salary is less. Sometimes they'll rope you in with company accommodation, but its a labour camp near the compost pile.

They infiltrate HR culture for MNCs and apply the same practices again. Recruitment looks very biased hiring Indians only. They might even put on a whole show for you, like hold some interviews for other candidates but its just compliance but they have made their decision already

Don't blame Indians completely as they are all trying to survive. Blame Indian bougies and ruling class swindling and exploiting their own people. Blame the lack of actual American patriotism to their workers and pursuit of greed, No CEO needs to live beyond their means.
