This is the correct course of action and from experience one I recommend people to adopt in their own lives. Don’t commit your life to China. Business leaders will be behind this. They know from experience the costs of dealing with China. For years I’ve heard senior business leaders tell me behind closed doors they don’t want to source from China and they don’t want them as a market. Too much trouble.

There’s a guy I know. Been dealing with China for 20 yrs. Every week he thinks he’s gonna make his big break & have that deal that’ll make him rich. Reality? He’s now 40, almost broke, has nothing to show for his life except broken promises & condescension when he speaks Mandarin
