    The tv movie drops a lot of the more out-there stuff but still has a certain Cliffs Notes vibe to the storytelling; this version does a much better job of just, like, cutting the story down to a movie-length plot

    I recognize that IT is inherently difficult to do a straight adaptation of -- the source material is a giant book with 7 main characters, a time jump, and scenes that are unfilmable for... a variety of reasons

    I wish people stressed out at higher paying office work would stop fetishizing service jobs like working in cafes and bars as if would be more “chill” and that balances out the low pay. No they are both lower pay AND harder! Show some respect
