There's more vitriol between developers along the lines of "you're not working hard enough" vs "success is luck and virtually impossible" these days... honestly that whole conversation is completely stupid. You are all in it together on a daft ride of success and failure.

That's a great way to look at it. Planning for good and bad scenarios is super wise - in retrospect I should have planned for FS's success more because it partially blindsided us. We reacted... *quite* well but it could have been better. Everything is useful experience!
