It’s critical that any future regulation of disinformation + other online content respects human rights & carefully navigates the various trade-offs that are present with tricky stuff like this, so I’m hopeful this new project will help chart NZ’s path forward in this area.

Our school had already deferred school til Feb 3. As a parent with a long drive on the NW motorway, I’m all good avoiding floods, high winds & potential carnage during what would’ve been an orientation/powhiri week for tauira. Feb 7 is fine.
