Don’t know how you do it - keeping a minute-by-minute chronicle of side events & negotiations, plus countless ! Secretly I suspect there’s a dozen clones running around at the COP, but I’ve yet to spot two at same time. Hope you get some well-deserved rest now!

At the same time, we won't get there without greater domestic understanding in key countries of the benefit to both sellers and buyers of high quality (= high value) markets. Homework for next few months how to build this.

We all knew even before how important the capacity and leadership of the COP Presidency is for a successful outcome (see Copenhagen vs Paris). The last few days (and hours) of have starkly reminded us of the role of the COP Presidency.

Great audience to discuss carbon pricing regional developments and potential future governance today at My highlights go to the presentation on border carbon adjustments by “BCAs are more likely to be implemented through EU ETS rather than tax.”
