Well he was in Missouri to find an apartment so he could claim he lived there after he found out it was impossible gerrymander his sisters house into Missouri. I still remember when lies like this got you driven out of office, now we give them the medal of freedom.

I wish we could kick him out of Congress right now. Failing that I wonder if it is possible for the FBI to look into his finances and see if his "patriotism" is financed by a unpatriotic source.

Also worth pointing out that his house in Virginia was built new in 2018 and is 15 miles from the US Capitol in what is generally considered a pretty nice suburb with good schools.
