Specifically it seems like HTMLDocument's from iFrames are being retained via `slow_template_instantiations_cache` or `fast_template_instantiations_cache`.

I'm seeing out of memory errors on severely constrained devices due to this (500MB total system RAM) and particularly gnarly tiled map with traffic overlays html in the iFrame

We should experiment with work around. Such as delete the full iframe tag not just toggling the frame. We might get lucky :p
