Grassley to me on Pence calling for an end to the Mueller probe: "I agree that it should be wrapped up soon, but nobody is going to tell Mueller what to do. My position has always been: be patient, it'll play out." He predicted Trump will be exonerated, "so why interfere?"

I say let it play out. People will be pissed on either side with whatever the outcome. I hope that nothing comes of it, it's better to beat Trump @ the ballot if that needs to happen.

Hand-in-hand. Mueller needs to hold off on his report on the Trump admin until the voters have elected a Congress that will do its Constitutional duty and act as a check on the abuses of the Executive.

I acknowledge that we are living in the dumbest possible timeline, as your post demonstrates. Nonetheless, I don't think it likely that the results of a criminal investigation of the President and his closest advisors will have negative impacts on the opposition party.

They spent four years investigating Benghazi and two years investing Clinton email server. If HRC had been elected, they would have reopened both of those investigations.

Grassley and Feinstein saw the evidence first. They looked like they saw a ghost. He knows who is guilty.

This is not a slam dunk either. Trump can still easily slither out of being impeached and still win in 2020.

Grassley is as corrupt as the rest of them. No @GOP can say he will be exonerated at this point. Despicable.
