Let's not forget that Lipinski didn't endorse Obama in 2012 either. I get that a candidate doesn't have to toe the party line on every issue, but not endorsing your party's qualified pres candidate is a step too far. He's a coward that succumbed to the racists in his district.

Exactly. And it's these qualities, not the fact that he's a 'blue dog', that almost caused him to lose. That is being lost on those who say the Dem party is actively discarding those not 100% in line with the party platform.

You mean the candidate that the local voters preferred. Why not just say it, ffs.
-
Because that's not true Chicago went 53% for him Not the suburbs Without the older Catholic votes from canaryville and Bridgeport he would have lost
-
How did the most votes win if not??? Seems like you don't like reality.
-
Seems like you don't understand this district
-
Seems like you want to pretend that because more voters showed up and voted for someone YOU don't like, they are not representative of the voters. Asshat.
-
Like I said she won the suburbs He only won because of the older votes that are easily swayed by the Madigan machine
-
Perhaps republicans voting in the open primary may be the culprit you're desperate to find?
