Mike Lee was an emphatic “no” when I asked him if Porter was forced out for any reason on his staff

The thing about men who beat their wives is that they are unbelievably talented at manipulating both genders, and sometimes men moreso than women.
-
As bad as this sounds, having been a witness to this type of domestic violence as a small child, it’s possible that Kelly and Hatch never had a clue that porter was capable of being such a scumbag.
-
Except for the time the FBI told Kelly that this guy was a scumbag. Oh, yeah, I forgot, the FBI are the bad guys now.

-
Ya, Kelly knew months ago!
-
I think we can all agree now that Kelly is a dick.
-
He served the country but the uniform doesn’t mean it makes the man. His true colors are showing.

Wow. Orrin Hatch needs to go. This is just unacceptable for a sitting US Senator to condone physical assault on women. F him. Hey
@VisitUtah#Utah - you may want to recall the guy you elected. -
The good news is Hatch is retiring (like many other weasels this year). The bad news is... Utah will likely elect another white GOP similar to him.

-
Is
@MittRomney similar?

-
On the surface he's not as horrifying as Hatch and friends but he's a milquetoast who won't stand up to Trump (as already has been evident), so ...yeah. ;)
-
About the only difference is I don't think Mitt has been diagnosed with dementia! We know Orrin has no idea who or where he is most of the time!

Trump syndrome. Sexual or physical abuse happens, but we can pretend. Even in the face of evidence. It doesn’t matter WHO says it.
-
They don't pretend, they endorse the behavior.

@OrrinHatch assumes it’s the women that are liars. Shocker
-
It not just him but also the Mormon Church which advised these women to not rock the boat and think about Porter’s career. That was their counseling to these women. It wasn’t until one of them sought counseling from a secular source that she was told it was wrong!

Hatch needs to be reminded that lying to the FBI is a crime and Porter’s ex-wives understood this and told the truth. The question is: Did Porter lie to the FBI when applying for security clearance?
