Strzok and Page were also grappling with the fallout of making the letter public. A text message on Nov. 6 shows that neither thought a public letter was a good idea - that appeared to be a reference to the Comey letter closing the investigation.

If you accept the "Fire & Fury" premise that Trump didn't actually want to win, he has good reason to be pissed at Peter Strzok for helping to hand him the election. Also, FBI's role in sinking Clinton does not support Trump's delusion that he won because he's a political genius.
-
So you’re saying, Peter Strzok is part of the Russian operation and that’s why he was removed from the investigation when it was discovered.
-
Yes, exactly, if you decide to disregard what I actually wrote. Also, learn to use commas properly.
-
Why would I start now ?
-
Based on the info that you’re providing, how is that not an extremely, yet remotely possible conclusion ? So, much, hostility ,

So Strzok was so biased against Donald Trump, he decided to reopen and publicize the Hillary Clinton email investigation days before the election. Dumbest "secret society" of all time.
-
It's the Reverse Psychology Secret Society.
-
GOP has Strzok on double secret probation

4th graf: "Strzok did, however, harbor reservations about Comey making a public announcement just days before the election and sent a text message to that effect...And Strzok's text messages provided to Congress show him grappling with the fallout of making the letter public."
-
So, he was a hero. He tried to do the right thing. Releasing the letter was WRONG that close to the election.
-
Chaffetz made that letter public
-
Yes, I know. But I still think Comey made a mistake in pushing it. He might've been caught between a rock and a hard place, though.
-
Comey should have said 'If I announce Clinton investigation, I have to announce Trump investigation." End of story.
-
@SethAbramson and others have said there's credible evidence that the NY field office was compromised, leaking info to Giuliani & Erik prince, and that he sent the letter to prevent the situation from being blown out of proportion through the leaks. -
Or rather, to attempt to better control the narrative. If he hadn't done it, they could have pushed conspiracy theories abt a "cover-up" or something similar.

I feel like i’m taking crazy pills here! Donald Trump just pardoned Vladimir Putin for hacking our presidential election to help Trump win, and people are blind to its importance! THIS IS THE PROOF of Trump’s corruption and treason!
-
Yes. Among countless others.
-
And yet, Trumptards still insist there’s no evidence of collusion. It’s almost impossible to respond, because there’s so much evidence. It’s like standing next to Pikes Peak and having someone insist there’s no mountain there.
