Maybe the
@washingtonpost can get their hands on it. Republican party no longer represents any form of democracy. -
Maybe Dems can let it go through the appropriate process like the Republicans did.
-
Appropriate process? Like letting it be vetted by the DoJ for possible classified material before releasing to all and sundry? Or even before releasing it to the whole House, many members of whom (& their staffers) don't have the proper clearance? Oh, right.Repubs didn't do that.
-
Congress is oversight for the FBI and the DOJ. They don’t have to get permission from them. Read a little more, maybe. The house judiciary voted to make it available to all House members who then were able to view it. Today they voted to release it. POTUS has five days to block.
-
If he blocks, house judiciary can have the entire House vote and release with a majority.
-
Dems can do the same with their memo. Again, there is no “proper clearance” from DOJ or FBI. Btw, Christopher Wray read it yesterday. He’s the head of the FBI in case you weren’t aware.
-
One night is not enough time to properly vet the memo for classified material taken piecemeal from over 1000 source pages.
-
Sorry, they followed the rules. This has been in the works for months. AGAIN, Congress is the oversight for DOJ/FBI. Coincidence that McCabe is gone 12 hours after Wray viewed the memo?!?
