Asked Grassley why not subpoena Kushner? He said bc Kushner has already spoken to Senate Intel. Appears to be a rare instance of one committee showing some deference to another - especially Judiciary and Intel.

“Can’t complete our investigation fully, sorry. President’s son in law is too scared of telling us what happened and we never had any intention of actually holding our political allies accountable with subpoenas”

BS. Grassley was out and talking crap on FOX lying about the testimony saying FGPS wasn't cooperating Sen. Feinstein released it to stop GOP hit job on them.

If Kushner has nothing to hide, why is he spooked?
-
Spooked of it becoming public since the GOP wouldn't let it out since they are interested in covering his ass. His testimony should be public. Why are there no public interviews?

I see Grassley’s spin as disingenuously trying to blame those who released transcripts, saying see, you spooked the little guy! Kushner is not a kid, and a subpoena would solve the problem. Why does Kushner have something to be spooked about!?
