Grassley just told us that Feinstein release of transcript makes it harder to bring in Jared Kushner. Asked him if Kushner is off the hook: “No, not at all.”

Grassley on Kushner: “When you’re getting people to voluntarily come to you, it may make a lot of people a little more reserved about whether or not they want to cooperate.” Does that mean Kushner is off the hook? “No, no. Not at all,” he said.http://snpy.tv/2CXBpIu

You should instead encourage them by threatening criminal prosecution for sharing information. Republicans, save it. No one believes a word you're saying anymore.

When you sling over real witnesses to the FBI for criminal prosecution (Steele,) that also scares new potential witnesses from testifying in fear of the same treatment (witness intimidation.)

Please point out to Sen Grassley that Simpson *wanted* his testimony released. Also, ask him if he's worried whether his asinine criminal referral will make potential witnesses apprehensive about coming forward to testify.

@CNN don't let Grassley off the hook! He lied to us! And he tried to divert the investigation to Steele. And now he's trying to divert the focus to @SenFeinstein & away from his lying to us & attempting to obstruct. @ABC @CBS @NBC @AP @Reuters

That's just BS. Why is Congress so hesitant to 1) subpoena witnesses and 2) put them under oath to testify? You have compulsory power, why don't you use it? Afraid of what might come out?

By attempting to steer FBI towards investigating the source of a compliant witness, Grassley & Graham have caused far more harm to integrity of the Senate’s investigation than Feinstein’s act of transparency has.

Here's an idea, stop "asking" and wasting time. Investigate like it's an actual investigation. Issue subpoenas like you would to the common folk. Why yes your honor, I'll gladly come testify. No need to compel me. I just have a few demands first....Geez

1/2) The GOP knew the Trump-Russia story was legitimate—as it came from a whistleblower in *Trump's own campaign*—in August 2017. That's over four months ago. They've been lying this whole time. This is an unspeakable act of disloyalty to the United States.

They should give Congress special powers to compel people to testify if they won't come in voluntarily. We can call this thing a subpoena.

That doesn't even make sense when you consider FusionGPS people ASKED for testimony to be public. All Feinstein did was accommodate the witness's wishes.
