How about a complete FBI investigation? This is such bullshit and the fact that she’s on every show today makes me believe she know she’s on the defensive and did something really horrendous.

Absolutely agree. PS: Did you see this bit on SNL last night? Too perfect.https://twitter.com/StephanieSidley/status/1048792801352146944 …

Exactly.

It makes me both laugh and cry at the same time

-
It’s was always a farce. Mad props to Lisa Murkowski who didn’t buy into it.
-
Yep, it was a farce from the moment he said this on July 9th when he accepted the nomination: "No president has ever consulted more widely or talked with more people from more backgrounds to seek input about a supreme court nomination."
-
And Trump used the same line.
-
It’s a GOP talking point put out by Ed Whalen with hisngross conspiracy putting it on another classmate.

Now do Al Franken.
-
He wasn’t touching. Poor taste, yes. Force him out, no.
-
Not the point. The point is:There is no equivalency between Al Franken and Kavanaugh's case. One has photographic evidence the other not even a single witness except for Dr Ford(allegedly).
-
Well, when you don't interview all relevant witnesses...
-
All relevant witnesses denied any knowledge of the incident. They were witnesses to Kavanaugh's beer problems not the assault. That is 100% factual.
-
What was factual is that McConnell/Trump short-circuited any real FBI investigation there may have been by limiting the people they could interview and refusing to allow either Ford or Kavanaugh to be. They didn't follow up on Ramirez who gave them a list of 20 people.
-
I too believe more people should have been talked to. My reply is in the context of Dr Ford's allegations.

The only footage of Susan Collins I want to see is how Mainers greet her when she gets back home.
-
I bet her office won’t announce her arrival in Portland. She’ll sneak in and hide away for a few weeks. She’ll write a few stories justifying her actions.
-
Always a good sign that you've served your constituents well.

When did being a federal judge with a lifetime appointment on a slightly lower court become a ‘ruined life’?
-
My question exactly!
