Bulletin: Flake will vote to confirm Kavanaugh
-
-
If you're waiting for Susan Collins to do the right thing, you're boned.
-
The only way she’ll vote No is if Kavanaugh will be confirmed anyway. Then she can appear as though she supports women, survivors, and the rule of law, when she actually cares about none. Collins and Murkowski just need to decide which one of them needs the “No” optics the most.

Assuming
@JoeManchinWV is a no. Very depressing and disappointing. It is not 1991. We are not going away. Vote him in to scotus if you dare. We are not going away. -
I think he already said he is voting yes because that is what the people of West Virginia want.
-
He has not but he is hinting yes.

He’ll vote yes as long as it’s not the deciding vote.
-
He's a no
-
Officially??
-
Not yet, at least. Donnelly just announced he's a no. The only ones left that are officially undecided are Manchin, Murkowski, and Collins.

Yes, of course we have to rely on two women. Of course not one single man can do the right thing and we don’t even oret nd we expect them to
-
They are two of the worst women though, who manage to fall in whenever called to heel by their party.

-
They are republican women, so yeah. I think, to use the phrase in The Handmaid’s Tale, they could be called “gender traitors”

This whole Kavanaugh saga has been a one-sided sham. Republicans have until January to put him in. They know if the FBI investigates these claims, it's over for him.
