Hi @LindseyGrahamSC. Mark Judge would be a great witness to bring forth for corroboration, one way or the other.

And if he lies and says he doesn't remember ANYTHING, how would anyone prove perjury?
-
Sometimes, when under oath, a person who is lying makes contradictory statements. Sometimes, they make a statement that can be proven false, showing they are not credible. And sometimes, folks change their mind when faced with the chance of being caught in a lie.
-
Kavanaugh, if nothing else, is smart. He won't fall for the trap of making contradictory or false statements. My question goes to Republican Senators saying the hearing was not definitive so therefore we can vote.
-
He went on national TV and said he was a virgin who never drank...
-
Well, he can't walk back from that without losing credibility, so I think that is what the Dems will try to impeach him on. And I do thank they will have lots of evidence of his partying.
-
Kavanaugh made numerous false statements & misrepresentations today. He may be smart (tbh, he’s merely average for a federal appellate judge) but his arrogance, pride & indignant sense of entitlement overtake him and he LIES & LIES & LIES. I lost count today.
-
The most telling lie (for me) was trying to represent Mark Judge's letter as somehow being sworn testimony when it was just a letter signed by his lawyer. Kav doesn't want his alcoholic bestie screwing him over in sworn testimony so the GOP disappeared him.

@LindseyGrahamSC then ask for FBI to complete background check. Get Mark Judge to testify. -
He’s had 6 FBI background checks btw
-
A background check is significantly different than an investigation into a specific acccusation. But, you know that!
-
According to Joe an FBI investigation proves nothing!
