A person briefed on the bipartisan call between Ford and Hill staff told me the call was short but very productive. 15-20 minutes. They tentatively agreed to THURSDAY hearing. But they will discuss more details tomorrow since there some outstanding issues.

The GOP need to subpoena Mark Judge. Focus on that. It’s completely idiotic to not interview 1 of 3 people who saw it. You can’t call say he said/she said if there’s someobe else who has something to say If they don’t they’re incompetent come elections else judge ruins everything

Whoever is representing Dr. Ford is doing a great job. Either that or the #Kavanaugh team is really scared of her.

two things. 1) why are the Republicans even bothering? If they HAD the votes they wouldn't be dickering 2) Like Garlands Nomination stonewalling, they see a single chance to get Kavanaugh through, and that's getting through the hearing and declaring ""we won" although they wont

Kabuki theater intended to hold onto the woman voters running away from the GOP. A cynical effort, fruitless because of the obvious insincerity.

Because she doesn't need to make her accusation before he has to defend against her accusation?! If she's being truthful she should have no issue going first. In what world does an accused having to defend BEFORE his accuser speaks even make sense.
