Trump ally Bob Goodlatte: “The law is clear: the Administration must consult with Congress prior to the President’s determination of the annual refugee ceiling. But this did not happen this year, and the Trump Administration has no excuse for not complying with their obligation”

So, what will you do about it @RepGoodlatte? @HouseGOP has completely abdicated their Constitutional responsibility of Executive Branch oversight.

Remember this is the guy who is chairman of the committee that would start impeachment but said during the grilling of that FBI agent a few months ago, “I don’t care about the substance of the Mueller investigation.” And whose son supports his Democratic opponent! Vote him out!

Must be concerned about polls! That’s good news. They wouldn’t bother with the fig leafs or $ advertising if they truly had nothing to fear. Go out, vote, show them they should have done more than just occasionally furrow brows!

If only Goodlatte was an elected member of the US Congress and had the awesome constitutional power to hold Trump accountable instead of just whining.... Oh., this just in, Goodlatte is a Congresscritter but is so corrupt and compromised that _____________.

This is actually another voter suppression effort. Those who feel in danger may not want to participate in an election for fear of their name being associated with a civil transaction. They are being forced to lay low and avoid harassment.

@RepGoodlatte Why would the president consult with Congress? You rubber stamp everything he does, makes excuses for every mistake and ethics issue, every single insulting word forgiven...why would he assume that you wouldn't walk in lockstep with this? Saves time doesn't it?
