Sen. Harris did not ASK whether Kavanaugh had “inappropriate” contact. Sen. Harris asked whether Kavanaugh had contact with anyone “who represents or advises Trump” on the Mueller probe! I’d have more questions if I were Sen. Harris! #KavanaughLied

Hell, he wouldn't even answer the one she asked! He has a good friend who works at that firm, she knew exactly who he talked to.

That’s a dodge. He doesn’t get to decide whether his communications were “inappropriate.” This guy has a very low bar on inappropriateness.

So he’s back to “inappropriate” framing and not solid “no”

"inappropriate" being the key word. Hoping @SenKamalaHarris will ask him to expound on the conversations he did have regarding trump, Mueller, & other trump legal matters so that it's clear what the conversations were. Can't trust Brett to decide what's appropriate. He lies.

He could not answer “No” why not ? Because he did talk to someone regarding the Mueller Investigation but he does not want America to know that -he is lying -a liar cannot serve on #SCOTUS #NoKavanaugh

Correct answer would be: "Oh, no. Absolutely not. Such communications would be inappropriate or at least give an impression of impropriety, and I have meticulously avoided all such contacts."

He wasn't asked if he had "inappropriate communications" but if he had any communications. So he added the inappropriate. He didn't answer the question.
