        @JohnCornyn Well which one is it? He violated the rules or the documents were already approved for release and it was all histrionics? Because it can’t be both. Either way, this confirmation of Kavanaugh should *NOT* move forward. You’re holding back most of the info needed.

        I think the first person who needs to be investigated is Grassley. How can a private lawyer be doing the job that usually reserved for the National Archives of reviewing a nominees records for release? And on top of that withholding 90% of a nominees record.

        This charge is moot. All documents Booker released were cleared the prior evening for public release regardless of Bookers knowledge of their status.
